Cost Effective Care

We can assist you in your transition from hospital to home, coordinating prescription delivery, rental of medical equipment, and oxygen services.

Registered Nurses

RN's provide the direct skill nursing services for the patient, supervise other caregivers as required, coordinate patient care with the physician, and train family members and friends in functions they can perform to assist the patient when Home Care services are no longer needed.

Therapists

Another important component of the home care team is the professional therapist. Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists provide essential services according to the needs of each individual patient. The therapist also trains non-professionals who may be able to assist the patient with exercises and routine care.

Home Health Aides

Home health aides provide services associated with the personal care of the patient. When assistance bathing, grooming, dressing, cooking and cleaning are needed, home health aides are indispensable. They are supervised by the RN's.
