Education:Dr. Francisco completed undergraduate studies at State University of New York at Potsdam, NY, majoring in biology. He attended medical school at the University of Liege in Belgium.

Certification:Board-certified in internal medicine, hematology, and oncology.
More/Other Information:From 1995-1996 he served as the Chief of Medicine for Bannock Regional Medical Center. He was the Medical Director of the Portneuf Cancer Center in 2007. Dr. Francisco explained his passion for serving rural patients, "After growing up and training I moved out West for the quality of life to avoid congestion and enjoy rural America, and I believe those who want to enjoy rural America should not have to sacrifice quality healthcare." Dr. Francisco explained that "If you are sick you don't feel like traveling, and I want to provide convenience to the patients I serve with quality healthcare."
