Biography:

Dr. Stephen R. Preece grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. He received his Bachelor's degree from University of Utah and Medical Doctorate from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He completed his Radiology residency at Duke University Hospital in Durham, North Carolina, during which he was appointed Chief Resident. He furthered his training at Duke, completing a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. While at Duke, Dr. Preece received multiple teaching awards from the School of Medicine for his involvement as a Gross Anatomy teaching faculty member. Dr. Preece joined Medical Imaging Associates in July 2014 specializing in Interventional Radiology.
